Madout2 Tuner's- Guide

Welcome, I have been playing madout for over three years now, and seen and made a lot of designs (also for other players). I have also seen players that have all the cars, but they dont know how to design cars properly. Sometimes, when I was online, I was asked to design cars for others. 

Conclusion, It was time to make a guide. This guide will be for beginners and advanced designers.
